Stephanie is phenomenal with her staging skills, the house looked like a model. Don’t underestimate the power staging can do with your property to help get you top dollar. I trust Stephanie so much that during negotiating I allow her a limit to play with and she has always used it to get me as a buyer or a seller the best deal.
