My husband and I have bought several rentals properties from Stephen Scalera. And he had made all sales as seamless as possible. He always went above and beyond.We also listed this investment property with Stephan Scalera around Christmas time 2010. With his marketing skills and thinking out of the box he had a solid offer within 30 days! and the sale went through at top dollar! I had also recomended him to my neighbors daughter .She was looking for a house but did not have a lot of time to spend on looking because of job. He found them exactly what she was looking. I have not yet met a realtor that could hold a candle to him. Highly recomend Stephan. We would not use any other Realtor other than Stephan Escalera.
