Stacy is an experienced realtor, who handled the purchase of a property and the sale of another with obvious skill and diligence, kept us informed during all stages of both transactions, was always available and responsive to questions and guided us through the process. Stacy took what was a terrible situation and did the impossible, and I will be the benefactor for years. She was incredibly knowledgeable about the process, and patient with explaining each step. There was never a time when I couldn’t reach her, to her own detriment even. Though we purchased only one home, we looked at many, and it was clear who had the better agent. Likewise, there was never a moment that I suspected her being driven by a profit motive, it was only my satisfaction and ultimate position in the transaction. Additionally, she was incredibly adept to the market in the area, and I could move forward with confidence, that the house I purchased, would be a good one. It has been said that a good agent is a miracle worker, and I can personally attest to this. I cannot recommend her enough, and I have no doubts that I am better off having had her as my agent.
