She kept the buyer-side parties very well-informed as to our seller-side actions so that they knew things were progressing and that the transaction timeline was on pace at all times. Timing was ultra-critical in this particular transaction and we had to "thread the needle" with all the activities being coordinated to pull off the transaction within the closing timeframe, so she really helped hold things on steady course by being the liaison between us and the buyers, and keeping everyone in check at all times.
