There are not enough superlatives to describe Stacy's start-to-finish handling of our sales transaction. She does fantastic work and really takes customer service to the next level. A quick aside: Stacy has now helped us purchase two, and sell one, property in Tampa. Both of the purchases were sight-unseen because we were out-of-state (both times!). Areas that were important to us on our recent sales transaction: * Market Knowledge and Analysis: 10 out of 10 - superior knowledge of the Tampa market, trends and tendencies, and the ability to look "around the corner" at what's coming up in terms of market trends, to help us with all of our sales-side decisions. * Communication: 10 out of 10 - regular, informative updates; no "fluff". She provided a "milestone calendar" immediately upon acceptance of the offer so that we could immediately plan our disposition activities and stay within contract on all of our obligations. * Finesse: 12 out of 10 - Stacy was able to rein-in some potentially explosive issues throughout our sale, defusing them and ensuring that things stayed on track. She kept the buyer-side parties very well-informed as to our seller-side actions so that they knew things were progressing and that the transaction timeline was on pace at all times. Timing was ultra-critical in this particular transaction and we had to "thread the needle" with all the activities being coordinated to pull off the transaction within the closing timeframe, so she really helped hold things on steady course by being the liaison between us and the buyers, and keeping everyone in check at all times. To summarize: you would have to be nuts NOT to use Stacy for your next purchase or sale!

Stacy is an amazing Realtor. Far and away the best Realtor we've ever worked with (eight-time home buyers, four-time sellers). She really dug very deep to understand our needs as out-of-state buyers relocating to Florida for work and immediately understood what we were looking for. She previewed several properties for us and guided us to those that we *needed* to see, and presented options on others that might have been of interest. Her intuitions were dead on, and we felt quite comfortable with her recommendations for properties we needed to tour because she had plenty of analysis behind her suggestions.
