I had the pleasure of working with Stacey on the purchase of my home. I was looking at places between Venice and Sarasota and Stacey was extremely knowledgeable about both towns as well as other surrounding communities. After less than a week of looking, we found the most amazing town home in the University Park section of Sarasota, and she was able to save me thousands of dollars in the negotiation process by insisting that I go lower in my bid than i thought would win the deal.
