We met Stacey about 7 months before buying when visiting Sun City Center. We bumped into her at an open house we decided to drop in and check out to see what you could get for your money in Sun City Center. Stacey graciously volunteered to show us around the area as well as a couple of other condo's / homes to strengthen our understanding of the retirement community.. Afterwards, we maintained contact via email and later Stacey became our eyes and ears for new properties coming on the market by often face timing actual video of a new house that just came on the market. This eventually led to us purchasing a house sight unseen with the exception of Stacey's videos and of course of flying in to confirm the house met our expectations face to face! Stacey went above and beyond our expectations on multiple occasions and never lost interest in us throughout the 7 month process.
