Stacey helped us to find an amazing house. Work with a lender that was less than easy. All while I am overseas. The dedication and willingness to work with all of the obstacles that came about is greatly appreciated.
Stacey is by far one of the best realtors I've dealt with. It was awesome to put her in charge of finding and setting up showings of houses in just a short weekend trip up here from Oklahoma. Our hunt for a new home began in Bayfield, WI and roamed to the Keweenaw Peninsula of MI, Nashville, TN, Blue Ridge, GA and finally Door Co., WI. We worked with 8 realtors including Stacey. Through out our search Stacey granted us the freedom to explore without attempting to influence our choice of geography. And she gave us all the time we needed to both settle on our selection, but also sell our home in MI. Our home had been listed for over 1 year and just when we were about to take it off the market for the winter it sold! Stacey made her self immediately available for our final search and used her skills to coordinate all of our transactions remotely. She was careful to insert an "insurability clause" into our first choice home on the water, which indeed turned out to be non-insurable. Our next choice home had been listed at a higher price without selling and then changed to "For Sale By Owner". Stacey again stepped up to the plate and coached the seller through many steps that should have been handled by his agent. Thankfully, all steps required from inspections to money transfers to using the same title company in WI and MI went off without a hitch and we were able to close our deal on day one of COVID-19 Lockdowns once we learned that banking, and movers were deemed essential workers. The world couldn't have put more stress on us leaving our friends and family in MI to begin our adventure of exploring Door County, WI. But Stacey paved the way and here we are exploring all that nature has to offer and waiting patiently for the rest of the activities to re-open. We highly recommend Stacey and would work with her again should our needs require a move.

Stacey was incredible to work with while purchasing our first home. She was always very quick to respond to our obnoxious amount of questions at all hours of the day. We’re not convinced she sleeps. Ever. She was extremely patient with us as we were on a limited schedule of when we could go see houses we were interested in, and we looked at a lot. She even gave us advice appliance advice when when we didn’t know what was good or not. Stacey also kept us on task too, to make sure we had our paperwork done n time, every time.

Stacey made sure that everything needed was done before closing. Made sure to protect me as the seller as much as possible. She sold a house that was not an easy sell for as much money as possible. I could not have done it without her.
