It’s hard to put into words how easy Stacey made the whole process. We had a very specific wish list when looking for the perfect home. Stacey helped us search and see houses often for almost 2 years. She was available to us 24/7 and made showings work with our schedule. Stacey was so accommodating and understanding. Where do I start!! Buying & finding a house at the top of the market was not an easy task. Stacey was very professional as well as personal…my stresses were high due to my budget and in fear not enough homes would come to the market in the time I was ready to buy. Stacey is not only a fantastic Realtor, but she is also an excellent negotiator as well as a great support system. ANYTIME there was a house I wanted to see Stacey moved fast as houses were flying off the market and getting multiple offers within a few days. I can not begin to tell you how many homes she showed me over the time I was working with her and not once did she make me feel like it was just a pay check to her. She was able to negotiate and helped me obtain my 1st home, which I am excited to put my own personal touch on to make it more my own. She also worked hard to make sure things like repairs were fair and that I would not be purchasing a home that would have major and costly issues. Stacey is fantastic. When we were house hunting, we were open to general WI area. After some time, we decided the upper east side of the state was the best place for us. The realtor we were working with at the time had said she did some digging, found a really great realtor (Stacey) and gave us her information. She was not wrong- Stacey is the best. She is personable, driven, and professional. She is extremely knowledgeable, and guided us through the whole process. Even through 9 months of us dragging her up and down the east coast, countless showings, multiple offers, lender nightmares, and more, she cheered us on that we WILL get that home. She has a keen eye for details, and you can see she really does love her job. Stacey said she would do everything within her power to help us with whatever she could, and she most certainly did. Follows up on every detail, with every person. She's responsive, always a text or phone call away. Never issues with waiting to hear back. If we were unable to make it up north to see a home, she would do a virtual showing for us and go by herself (wow!) We had met a few realtors before her, and let me tell you.. no one compares. She truly becomes a friend by the end. We are so excited to have found our home, however we will miss seeing her so frequently. 1000% recommend her to anyone looking. Read the reviews and TRUST THEM! Great experience for an out of state buyer! We had a successful experience working with Stacey. Stacey kept in contact with us through the whole process. Her attention to the details, timelines and deadlines kept everyone on track for a smooth transition. Knowing that we would be out of state for most of the process Stacey made sure we could reach her anytime, any day of the week with questions or concerns. Right up until the closing and then upon receiving the keys she continues to make sure we have everything we need and that the temperature inside the house is perfect.
