Stacey has great knowldge of the market, great communicator and very professional.
This is my first time buying a house so needless to say i didn't know much of anything. I contacted the VA loan officer and she had me contact Stacey bolden. Stacey contacted me on the phone, and she immediately talked me through the initial process and reassured me that things would work out. She was easy to talk to and had a great energy and i could tell she enjoyed helping people achieve their goal of buying a home. the first time i met her in person to see a home i could tell she knew her stuff. she was extremely knowledgeable and made sure she took her time to explain in great detail what to expect and there was no pressure or time limit. we did a few open houses and a few of the houses had flaws and defects that i wouldn't have noticed but Stacey pointed them out to me and explained what defects were acceptable and which were a hard no and wouldn't pass inspection. i have to also say that i drive a semi-truck and i couldn't always make some of the showings because i was working and lived a hour and 30 minutes away from Oshkosh, but Stacey made arrangements to meet her and she would pick me up and take me to the showings in her personal vehicle, and that meant a lot to me needless to say. i also must add, that Stacey did video showings for me as well while i was working and she even braved a haunted house, (true story) we finally went to a showing and i really liked the house and Stacey went into action, and we made the deal happen in pretty much withing 2 hours and we had an accepted offer. withing a month of that, the deal was sealed and i am now a new homeowner. i will have to describe Stacey as a Honey badger and a hummingbird mixed together. in closing, Stacey wasn't just my realtor she has become a dear friend who the universe put into my orbit and me into hers and I'm thrilled that she was there to help me achieve my goal. thank you, Stacey you're the greatest.
