Her attention to the details, timelines and deadlines kept everyone on track for a smooth transition. Knowing that we would be out of state for most of the process Stacey made sure we could reach her anytime, any day of the week with questions or concerns. Right up until the closing and then upon receiving the keys she continues to make sure we have everything we need and that the temperature inside the house is perfect. Being an out of state buyer means even more hand holding along the way and Stacey came through in every aspect.

Stacey was amazing! She walked us through everything during this crazy market. She helped us weigh pros and cons of each house we looked at and was knowledgeable of a wide range of questions about permits, the housing market trends, and so much more. Our experience with Stacey was incredible from the first day we met her. My husband and I were both first time home buyers and had NO idea what to expect when it came to purchasing a home. Stacey was so knowledgeable and was able to explain each and every situation in a way that we could easily understand. My husband and I didn't completely know what we wanted in a home, but we had a few "must haves" that Stacey always remembered each and every time she showed us a home. We started looking for a house in February and wrote on the first house we looked. Stacey was amazing through that process. We unfortunately did not get that house (and the 10+ houses after), but Stacey helped us stay positive and continued looking for the one. The more houses we looked at, the more fun we had. Stacey truly got to know us, and we got to know her. Stacey knew we needed a fence for our five dogs. She knew we didn't want carpet because Peach destroys it. She knew my husband has an intense dislike for skylights and that he really wanted a three car garage. All the odd little things my husband and I mentioned or commented on, she picked up on and used the information to show us houses that we would actually like. Finally, May rolls around and we get our first accepted offer! Stacey was so excited for us and again walked us through this process. Unfortunately, the offer didn't go through as anticipated and we ended up back on our search. When my husband and I were feeling discouraged, Stacey helped us process the event and help us feel positive about the search once again. A few more houses later Stacey sends us a link to a house in an area we loved, with awesome potential. We put in an offer and it was accepted that evening. We have now been in our home for a month and we LOVE it. Stacey really made this process so special and made some amazing memories for us. I would recommend her a million times over.

As a First Time Home Buyer I knew nothing about this process. Stacey was clear and concise and easily available every step of the way. When there were small challenges she stood by my side and stood up for what I needed to make this deal happen and made herself available at all hours of all days ..even when she was on vacay!
