Stacey is by far one of the best realtors I've dealt with. It was awesome to put her in charge of finding and setting up showings of houses in just a short weekend trip up here from Oklahoma. She was always on top of things when deadlines needed to be met. She made the whole process a wonderful experience for my wife and I. I would give her 6 stars.
From the moment we first contacted Stacey, she was always quick to respond. We were moving back to Wisconsin, and had a short period of time to look at homes. She was prepared, showing each home, knowing the specifics. In that time, she was fun, excellent communication, understanding of our wants, needs. I would highly recommend her! Stacey is an amazing realtor. She's warm, inviting and she really cares. You will not feel pressured in any way. It took us two years before we found our next home and Stacey was able to get our current home an offer in the first week it hit the market. She made the buying and selling process as easy as possible and thoroughly explained all of our questions. It was more like working with a friend. You couldn't be in better hands than working with Stacey. She will go that extra mile for you.
Stacey is the most down-to-earth, honest, kind-hearted human beings I have ever met. We were referred to her by our banker and could not have been happier. She NEVER rushed us to choose or to make decisions we were not comfortable with. She was honest in every aspect and as first time home buyers, that is exactly what we needed. We had no idea what we were doing and she explained things in a way we both could understand. We never felt dumb when asking questions. She pours her heart and soul into every client she works with. I honestly 13/10 recommend her as a realtor and will use her for all future selling/buying. She is not in this business for the money at all and will defend her if anyone says she is. I was lucky to have found Stacy via an online service and was very impressed with her service, attention to detail and communication skills right from the start. She did an amazing job as I was an out of town buyer and could not visit all the homes that I had interest in. I feel that Stacy did a great job of listening to my needs and wants and then was able to be critical on locations and eliminated many properties that 'looked good' online but were not up to par in person. The amount of time that she gives her clients is amazing and I would HIGHLY recommend Stacy to anyone looking for a home or property in Green Bay area. But Please do not text her on Christmas Day!!
This was my first time purchasing a house. I had went to a open house with my girlfriend just to get ideas. Stacy was the one listing the house and was fantastic. After that we decided that we wanted her as our agent (We also had a friend recommend her as well). I do not know how I would have made everything go as smoothly as they did for me without having Stacy. Overall great experience!
