I called Stacy on a whim when I saw some lake property I thought we might want to see. (Actually, I called another realtor first, but called Stacy as soon as I realized their primary objective was to get me to sign a representation contract.) I was honest when we spoke about the fact that I wasn't even sure we were actually in the market. She assured me that she was no pressure and on our timeline and then worked hard to make sure our three hour drive was worthwhile, with the initial home of interest and several comps. She gave wise counsel, and when it became clear there was another offer, helped us to whip together a competitive bid. And she did it all via email / text / phone, because both my husband and I were traveling. No exaggeration, I spoke to her just before a four hour flight; and by the time I had landed, our offer was complete and in. And a day later, accepted, due in no small part to her expertise. We enjoyed her excellent foresight and service all the way through to a fast closing with a few curveballs thrown in for fun! On the other end of this process, I can say there is no way we could have realized our dream without her; and I would recommend her to anyone!

We moved out of state before our house sold. Stacey was there to support us as we went through the process of selling our first house.
