I primarily worked with Sophia from their Buyer Team, and she did an outstanding job of guiding a very timid and overwhelmed first-time-homebuyer through the process. She very quickly learned what type of home I was looking for and brought several additional properties to my attention as houses entered and exited the market. She was extremely responsive in answering any questions I had and in setting up appointments to view and assess each house. Once I found a house, the offer we submitted based on her research was exactly what was needed to get the property. Closing and final paperwork were quick and painless. I'm very excited about my new home and quite pleased by how well-taken-care-of I felt throughout the process. A couple extra notes. First, the team used a lot of online tools for scheduling, paperwork/document signing, communication with extras, and money handling. This made everything feel so convenient and helped avoid a lot of time pressure. Also, I really felt the advantage of having introductions to a full set of 3rd parties. Instead of having to go out and find my own home inspector, title company, escrow service, pest inspection, and such, I was able to rely entirely on Sophia not only to set things up with each involved party, but to be the lynchpin tying all of their efforts back to my new home and to me. I had a very pleasant experience with the entire Team . They helped us look for the house that accomplished our needs . Sophia always very friendly and at the disposal very organized so that we could appreciate all the options in a short time. And the people of the team that helped us with the closing , clarifying all our doubts and supporting us. Highly recommend.
