Sonia Aronhalt

This is my second time working with Sonia, the first time I was looking to buy and this time we had a long endeavor trying to sell my dad's home after he had passed in July of 2024. She's always gone above and beyond through both trying to find the perfect home and also everything she did to get the house sold. She's ana amazing realtor and an even more amazing person. She's a person who actually cares and isn't just looking for the pay-out (Though she definitely deserves it). I could not have done any of it without all her insight, knowledge, aid, and kindness! She's the woman I would recommend to friends, family, strangers, literally everybody; she's amazing and deserves the business! I know I said it before but she goes above and beyond for her clients, she'll make sure you find the right place, get financed, and or sell your home no matter what. She's persistent with strong perseverance! I'm so grateful to have had her as my agent through the whole process

I was going through a divorce so it was a complicated process (on my end) and she made the entire process so smooth and simple. She talked with both parties separately and kept each of us informed along the way. She went “out of her way” on several occasions to get the house to sell quicker for us. I would highly recommend her especially for the difficult situations like mine. I will be using her most definitely in the future when I buy a new house

Sonia emailed me houses weekly or when new opportunities popped up. Once I founded the house I wanted she went right to work on it. A couple week’s before closing with the first lender, things fail apart. Sonia did her thing calling lenders she deal with and two weeks later I had the house I wanted.

Sonia was great from the first meeting through closing and beyond. From showings with our four kids in tow to a house fire and temporary relocation (out of state!) during the buying process, Sonia rolled with the crazy train and was there every step of the way! As new comers to the area, she helped us narrow down neighborhoods based on the needs of our family. I felt very safe with her at the wheel.
