Is there a way I can give more stars?? Heather is an absolute rockstar, and made both our home buying and selling experience amazing and SIMPLE! It seemed like a prolific feat to sell and buy a home in such a short period of time, but Heather made it easy. She works hard for her clients, and is always available to help. She’s also surrounded by a great group of people that were willing and eager to help and support us. Even more importantly, Heather made the whole experience so much fun! We had so many laughs and made so many memories along the way. We gained a forever realtor, and a forever friend! Thank you so much for everything!

Robin was very responsive throughout the entire process and did a great job keeping me updated every step of the way. She communicated clearly, answered my questions, and always made sure I knew what was going on. I really appreciated her professionalism, knowledge, and how easy she was to work with. I would definitely recommend Robin to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

Thanks to her my family now lives in our forever home in Wexford as happy as can be! We moved from across the country to Pittsburgh and and had a rough idea that we wanted to live in the North Hills area. Fortunately we had Robin as our realtor! She knew all the neighborhoods very well and quickly understood what we were looking for and what would be "a good fit". She had the patience of an angel while we went to house showings for months - first virtual, then in person. There were a couple of houses were she warned us in advance that she did not think that they would be the right ones, and she was right! During the showings she had a fine eye for spotting problems - like an antique furnace that would impact insurance - or positive features, like a very expensive stove. There never was any problem reaching her, including weekends, and Robin even helped us selling our house own house, as our other realtor was pretty much absent during the process. She also had tips regarding health care, vets, restaurants - if you go with Robin she will take great care of you and not just buy you a house as fast as possible!

Robin helped us buy this house and she knew the before and after. She was confident that what we had done to the house would make it a very desirable home for someone else. Gave us some insight on what to improve to make it even better. Once it was listed it was gone. Robin called it she said your house is going to go fast and it did. We couldn’t be happier with how it all worked out and how easy and stress free Robin made the selling process.
