Kathe did a terrific job of finding our ideal home in Sewickley village... on the ideal *street* in fact, identifying an off-market listing that met our specifications perfectly. My favorite part of working with Kathe was listening to her mercilessly destroy the homes we visited that we absolutely should not have been considering. It helps a lot to work with someone who is obviously not pushing marginal homes on their client just to close a transaction. I highly recommend Kathe for anybody looking in the Sewickley area.

My house had been on the market for 10 months prior to my listing with Ricki. The house had 40+ step from sidewalk to porch, so it was no cake walk. Ricki knew the best time to put it on the market and the best way to present it. She was very kind and upbeat at the most difficult moments. While at the same time very honest and professional. I really enjoyed working with her. She is the one to choose if you really need your house to sell.
