Thanks to her my family now lives in our forever home in Wexford as happy as can be! We moved from across the country to Pittsburgh and and had a rough idea that we wanted to live in the North Hills area. Fortunately we had Robin as our realtor! She knew all the neighborhoods very well and quickly understood what we were looking for and what would be "a good fit". She had the patience of an angel while we went to house showings for months - first virtual, then in person. There were a couple of houses were she warned us in advance that she did not think that they would be the right ones, and she was right! During the showings she had a fine eye for spotting problems - like an antique furnace that would impact insurance - or positive features, like a very expensive stove. There never was any problem reaching her, including weekends, and Robin even helped us selling our house own house, as our other realtor was pretty much absent during the process. She also had tips regarding health care, vets, restaurants - if you go with Robin she will take great care of you and not just buy you a house as fast as possible!
