My husband and I were looking for a second home in New Orleans. It is for our daughter to live in presently, but ours to retire to one day. She would preview homes and decide which ones would be worthwhile for us to see. She also kept her eye out for houses which were about to come on the market, which is how we got ours! Sissy managed to find us the perfect home, and walked us through making an offer, arranging inspections, connecting us with a title company, recommending repair companies, helping my daught get power of attorney in New Orleans, and more!
