Shelia was very communicative during the whole process, and even went back go negotiate after we turned down a house due to an inspection. She got the changes we wanted on the binsr so we were able to close.
From the beginning, it was important to Shelia that we were all as on the same page and answered all my questions. The house showing experience was seamless and she worked with our unusual schedules. Once we saw a home we loved, there was no stone left unturned to make sure we got the deal we deserved. She was in regular contact with us and let us know all the upcoming steps and what to expect. We wouldn’t have closed on the home without her and wouldn’t have gotten as good of a deal without her negotiating and advocating for us.
