Shelia was able to get Opendoor to agree to a number of repairs they originally rejected

Shelia made the process of selling and buying a breeze and during the holidays at that! She explained the process in detail. Took time to answer all questions even the same one over and over. Shelia was always available and responsive to calls and emails. I would recommend her every time and will use her for my next buy/ sale.

Shelia was very communicative during the whole process, and even went back go negotiate after we turned down a house due to an inspection. She got the changes we wanted on the binsr so we were able to close.

From the beginning, it was important to Shelia that we were all as on the same page and answered all my questions. The house showing experience was seamless and she worked with our unusual schedules. Once we saw a home we loved, there was no stone left unturned to make sure we got the deal we deserved. She was in regular contact with us and let us know all the upcoming steps and what to expect. We wouldn’t have closed on the home without her and wouldn’t have gotten as good of a deal without her negotiating and advocating for us.

Shelia has done nothing but go above and beyond to make everything as smooth as possible. I got any and all information I asked for and then more. Very professional and alot of communication, always positive and reassuring. Very determined and will do everything in her power to get you what makes you happy. I was able to have confidence in the sale, even from thousands of miles away. She went above and beyond to make sure yard maintenance was taken care of to keep the house's curb appeal high, and made arrangements to get the requested fixes from the buyer completed. Her responses were always prompt, she provided access to a team of contractors she had worked with before, so I could have confidence in the work completed. She even made some arrangements in her own schedule to accommodate a project that needed to be done on the house. She did a great job, and I will be referring anyone in the valley to her if they're looking to purchase or sell a home.
