Shelia helped me purchase this house a few years ago so when it was time to sell, guess who I trusted to get my house sold?! My house was on the market for 28 days, sold at market value with no concessions, which is unheard of in this market. The builder offered a better rate and she advised us to go that route. She coached us on how to look for a place and how to narrow down our list.
