As my first time selling a home she eased every one of my anxieties, she made sure I understood the process and let me know I was in control. She drafted detailed emails answering our written questions in addition to always being available to call — working around my challenging schedule between my new job and the challenges of a 1 year old child. She negotiated firmly on our behalf and ensured we got what we wanted from the home sale and were comfortable with the final agreement. She assisted with many of the tasks of the home sale - letting in cleaners, inspectors, etc since we moved mid process. She worked to save us money with a foundation expert to show no existing damage. She fought for us, gave us her honest opinions, and guided us well through the home sale process.
