Shelia was there during my new home walkthrough before close of escrow, she brought up many areas to correct that I would have overlooked, she was at the title signing appointment so she could review the documents, and at the final walkthrough on the day of close to make sure all issues were addressed. She helped explain many features on newer appliances that I was unfamiliar with, and offered valuable advice that I had not heard from anyone else previously, ever.
