This was the 4th property I have bought here in the Las Vegas Valley and up until working with Shawna I have never had a positive experience with ANY real estate professional. I was only interested in living in a historic district which brings a new set issues that I wasn't prepared for. Shawna scheduled, met and followed up with numerous contractors from different trades. She then negotiated a fair price to the owners as a credit at closing to us. We were able to closed on time thanks to Shawna's exemplary service. I never once had to follow up with Shawna, which was a stark contrast to the other real estate professionals I have worked with. Shawna actually did what she told me she was going to do, and in this town, in the real estate industry, is rare.

Her advice was perfect, timely and we were under contract in 8 days after listing. During the time from listing to escrow, she was in constant contact with us and led us through each step of the process. Along with being an excellent realtor, she truly cares about her clients.
