Their YouTube videos were exceptionally informative; we watched almost all of them and learned so much about the Prescott area before we even arrived (weather patterns, grocery stores, local driving habits, etc.). Those videos gave us so much confidence in our decision. It’s clear they have a genuine passion for this area, and it shows in everything they do. They didn’t just help us buy a house — they helped us successfully transition into our new life here. We’re so grateful and would use them again in a heartbeat!

The Danly team is professional and knowledgeable of the quad city region, communication was outstanding. I had very specific parameters and they respected them; not trying to upsell a more expensive home, for example. I was greatly appreciative of that. We ran into issues on a home inspection and they helped guide me and advise me so that I ultimately found the perfect place. Kind, respectful, funny, Sharp, great negotiators and diligent. We can’t say enough great things about Shawn and Tiffany! For the past three years, we had been considering relocating to northern Arizona and most recently the Prescott Valley area.
