The Danley’s are great to work with and know the Prescott area market very well. They went above and beyond to assist us which was often needed since we were moving from the Midwest. On a few occasions they made video walk throughs of homes for us when we could not see them in person. In fact the home we purchased was based on one of these videos. Never thought we would make an offer on home that we did not see in person, but the trust that had been established allowed us to do just that. The entire process was seamless and easy. We consider the Danley’s our first friends in our new home town.

From being a Prescott/Prescott Valley Youtube viewer to purchasing a house across the country, Shawn and Tiffany were enormously helpful providing: thorough videos of houses we liked, answering Arizona specific questions (that sometimes didn’t relate to real estate,) and helping us with our move from Pennsylvania. Their professional, yet kind personalities, immediate feedback with questions, and supportive qualities made them standout. They had our best interest at heart and were very authentic.
