Working with Shauna was a very pleasant, professional experience as home-sales go. This one wasn't easy. It was a "vacation" home and I lived and worked in another state during the sales process with various travel and other Covid restrictions in-place at the time. Thankfully, I had Shauna guiding me through the entire process of market pricing, upgrades to increase its value and sale-ability, the listing, showings, offers, inspections and post inspection repairs... even moving and storage after the fact. I know it was a lot of work for her leading up to the sale, but she made it very smooth and her recommendations for upgrades and contractor services were all excellent. I look forward to working with Shauna again to find a smaller, replacement vacation property in the near future. I definitely recommend her services… she is great to work with!!!
Just some back ground,, I have been involved with realestate for over 25 yrs.....I have used Shauna twice...my first experience i was living out of state and I am trying to buy a house sight unseen (in person) and she arranged to see my kids and my cousin to check houses for me. 2nd time she had my house sold before it even hit the market for my price. Amazing agent. Will use her again. ??????????
