Shauna was there for me every step of the way, and then some. She has extensive market knowledge, gave me suggestions on the best presentation of my home, answered all my questions and addressed every concern during the process. Shauna even kept an eye on my two indoor-only cats during the open house - so I didn't have to traumatize them even more by taking them out of their familiar surroundings. I highly recommend Shauna - for her professionalism, knowledge, support and most of all, empathy for what might be an emotional process [as it was for me].
