Shari's knowledge and professional work ethics are beyond reproach. She is a great Real estate agent. I would recommend her to everyone.

Shari was extremely knowledgeable about the housing market in Las Vegas. Her guidance helped us set the correct price which attracted realistic buyers and developed a viable plan for marketing the home in a timely manner ensuring we received the best possible price for our home. Shari (and Chris) work together to ensure the home is properly listed and ready to receive potential buyers. This was paramount in the "curb" appeal of the home and representing the home in the best possible light.

We had heard wonderful things from a friend about Shari but remained somewhat skeptical given her only asking for a 1% seller's commission. From our first meeting, any doubts vanished in view of her preparation for our unique situation. Her general knowledge of the current real estate market was right on and her research into comparable properties was thorough. The promises she made were kept all through the process. She was our constant advocate when dealing with the buyer's agent. You can trust Shari to get you the best price with the best service.

Shari is THE BEST !!She was able to help us thru the whole prosess with problems caused by the buyers agent, keeped us informed at all stages of negotions and was able to find information needed that we would have never been able to find on our own and doing so saved us a large amount of money. We would most highly recommend Shari to anyone condidering sellingyou home ,particuly in Sun City as she is very knowledgeable of all information available to protect the seller! We can only say ,Thank you Shari for a job well done Rick and Carol s

Shari is very knowledgeable about the housing market, and she was helpful in answering the questions that we had. And her husband Chris was helpful in minor repairs.

Shari has a market knowledge in realstates. With fast communication and professional manner she sold my house just in a few days at a high market price. SHARI SPRINGER PROVED IT IN LAST APR. 2022.

Our mom's home closed two days ago for top dollar, and we received the proceeds of the sale yesterday. This would not have been possible without Shari Springer! A five-star review doesn't even begin to cover the services she has provided. For the last six months, Shari has worked with me to explain the process of selling a home, has put in countless hours and given me the benefit of her many years' experience without asking for any up front compensation. Shari put me in touch with a fantastic probate attorney who handled our mom's estate. She supervised numerous repairs free of charge. As we approached the final sale, Shari took my calls at 9:00 PM and 7:00 AM. When the buyer's realtor made some seriously sketchy demands, Shari was able to counter with a proposal that protected us legally. Without the benefit of Shari's expertise, I wouldn't have known what to do. And all the while, Shari kept her cool and sense of humor. I hope she felt it was worth it, because SHE ONLY CHARGES 1% COMMISSION! I know that we will be forever grateful that we found her. And I believe you will never regret using Shari as your broker, too.

Shari is amazing and was so great to work with. She works hard to get you want you need/ want for your home, is completely involved throughout the process, and is always accessible. She’s extremely knowledgeable of the market and what it takes to sell your home, and the advice and guidance she provides is invaluable. I would recommend her to anyone selling a home.

Shari was always available to answer my questions immediately. Her knowledge and efficiency was amazing. Her caring about the details during the entire process made an easy and successful closing of the sale. Many thanks to Shari and also to Chris for making my sale a pleasure.

Shari’s communication is detailed, professional and she listens to what sellers have to say and or want! All Realtors should take notes and follow in her foot steps!!!! We would hire Shari and her team again because they went above and beyond when we were in another state for work. Words really can’t express how exceptional and fare she is as a realtor/broker and business owner!!!!! Aloha

This was my first home-buying experience, and I have to say that it has exceeded my expectations working with Shari Springer. As a first time home-buyer, initiating the home-buying process was quite intimidating. I got into contact with Shari after I saw one of her listings online. She was extremely professional and guided me through the process explaining each step of the way. I was able to put in a competitive offer that was accepted in this hot market. I believe the thing that sets Shari apart from the multitude of real estate agents is her 36 years of experience. She has been through the ups and downs of the housing market and her experience/knowledge reflects that. I have attempted to work with other real estate agents prior to working with Shari and their lack of experience was obvious. They had only jumped into the real estate game after the market was ballooning. I highly recommend Shari Springer for real estate needs and would absolutely work with her again.

it was a wonderful experience whti sharin&criss thank you both of you.
