Shari just closed on my mother's rental property yesterday and boy, did she hit it out of the ball park! Shari placed a LOT of time and effort explaining the process, sending emails/paperwork, making phone calls to vendors and us and engaged in hand holding with my mom when needed. There were several bumps on our path to selling the house due to things that needed to be fixed or be up to code. Shari AND her husband Chris, who did amazing handywork at no additional cost, made sure that things were tended to that needed fixing and sprucing up and even went to the store for my mom a number of times to purchase needed items in a timely fashion. Shari met with the appraiser and walked the house with mom's receipts in hand that Shari spent hours copying and putting together to ensure it was understood what improvements were done to the house so that the house would appraise appropriately and not left to chance....and it did! Shari and chris are communicative and patient and NEVER lost their patience when most others would have.
