Shari is professional, efficient, detail oriented and a great communicator. She was prepared every step of the way and communication was always prompt and clear. She anticipated and responded quickly to the shifting market trends during this difficult time to sell a home. I have recommended Shari to my friends and any real estate business that I may have in the future will be represented by Shari.
They explained every detail during the title companies final signing. They also made sure that the correct figures were adhered to. Their negotiation skills were impeccable.. They listened carefully to what I wanted, kept me informed and always made me feel that my best interest came first
Shari's knowledge base with decades in the business as a broker and agent gave her the skills to make sure all offers and paperwork were prepared correctly and legally for both realtors. Shari always responds quickly to emails or phone calls. Chris helped so much in photography and handyman needs. They were both making sure my home sold. Thank you so much!
As I write this, we're living in hard times to sell a home in the Las Vegas area. Ultimately, the measure of success in a market like this is actually selling a home and Shari came through with flying colors. A few of her many talents are her depth of knowledge, ability to negotiate, and attention to detail. Our home also received consistent showings and Shari followed up and kept us in-the-loop with potential buyers. We also appreciate the contributions of her husband, Cris - they're a great team and pleasant people. We would work with Shari again and highly recommend her.
Miss. Shari was so excellent in the sale of our son’s house. She went above and beyond. We live in Texas and we just turn the house over to her. She was able to sale the house for the price we were asking for. There is not enough words we can say to thank her. We really appreciate her hard work and her professionalism.
I am a retired Realtor. Shari Springer is the best real estate broker I have ever dealt with. She is experienced to guide her clients through the entire process. She had my listing on line within 24 hours from signing the listing agreement. Very professional, always available with a positive attitude. Great negotiator. A true professional . Her free handyman services saved me money when replacing irrigation lines, adjusting doors, correcting a dishwasher line and installing a childproof brace on the oven. I highly recommend her for selling and buying real estate. Shari Springer is the very best!
