I have to say that working with Shari on selling my home was absolutely wonderful. I had been approached by a difference agent a few weeks before I listed my house and in his opinion, my house should have been priced somewhere between $250K - $285K. This didn't feel quite right to me and I really didn't like the way he was rushing me to list. Then a neighbor recommended I speak to Shari and I'm so glad I did. She was one of the nicest people I'd met in the 40 years I lived in Las Vegas. And she was incredibly knowledgeable of the Vegas housing market. She knew the perfect time for me to list my house, and recommended that we list at $335K. I did and received an offer within 24 hours. I ended up settling on $330K as the final price and closed a couple of weeks ago. She even made the closing a breeze. Because of Shari, I received about $60K more than I would have with the first agent. I can't recommend Shari enough. If you want to sell for top dollar, you should call Shari! She is amazing!
