I am Happy to say that my personal experience of having Shannon Walsh as my “ Out of Town “ real estate agent has not only been a big relief and burden off of my shoulders, but I also found it to have been a complete and total blessing and pleasure for me to experience. Since I am residing towards the middle of the country ( USA ), I had been truly concerned about her selling my properties. The reason due to the fact that I would be so far away. Unable to oversee and stay on top of things there in NC, I was truly worried! We were looking for a home in the area. We were connected to Shannon via a real estate portal and she showed us a home same-say on a Sunday afternoon with very little notice. It was not the home we wanted, but she stayed in touch and when we found another home, we called her first. She handled everything with great professionalism and made the process very easy. Since we did not live in the immediate area where we purchased, Shannon helped immensely with inspections and other details that required someone at the property. She helped us determine the proper bid and it was accepted. She also helped us through the due diligence period with expertise. We highly recommend Shannon!
