Shannon kept us current with market conditions until we felt the time was right to sell. Once we listed with her, there was never a question as to the progress of showings and interest in our house because she updated us regularly. Since it was a rental property, she had to deal with our recalcitrant tenants, which she did without troubling us or irritating them. The house sold within 30 days even though the market was a bit soft and at the price we needed to get.
