We did not know Shannon before we started the home buying process. From the very beginning we knew she was going to be professional because she was early to the first house we visited. Then, after about 1 minute with her we knew she was also very friendly. We hit it off right away. She knew the area and stayed with us when needed and let us be alone when required. We didn't choose that first house but we stayed in touch for a couple of months (we weren't really ready to be honest). But despite our lack of readiness Shannon took our calls and answered our questions as if we were in contract already. When we finally did find a house she was, once again right there to take us through it, organize showings with the owners and get our offer in IMMEDIATELY.
