Shannon was extremely good! With about 24 hours notice she met us on a weekend and had 4-5 houses for us to see. She did not show us any homes over our stated limit. She helped us navigate our proposal. And she was very helpful on negotiating for repairs to be done. We expressed our desires and she helped us get them. Wonderful to work with. We live 3 hours away and she kept us in the loop all along the way. Wonderful to work with.
