Shannon is wonderful! She sold 2 other of my friends homes. I am so glad I choose her as my realtor. She was there every step of the way; before the sale, during the sale and after the sale. Where do I begin? When moving to the area Shannon Bowdy was my realtor ONLY to help us decide where we would eventually buy (we just signed a year rental lease). She worked so hard knowing we weren’t immediately looking to purchase, however that changed when the house we LOVED dropped dramatically in price. She called us immediately and we got the house. Flash forward a year and she was my mom’s realtor and she worked just as hard to get her the perfect home. We used her a third time to sell my mom’s house and her team did such an AMAZING job and the house had multiple offers and was sold in a week!! She is bubbly, caring and oh so knowledgeable.
