Exceptional knowledge of the process of buying and selling to obtain optimal result for his clients

Seth was thorough and persistent in finding our perfect new home in an area where not many homes come up for sale. He found us the perfect home that had not yet hit the MLS and got us an incredible deal. Likewise, he got us such an amazing price on the home we sold with a 3 week free clause to stay while we waited to get in our new home. Met and exceeded every need.

Seth was very attentive to every detail. Often times he would anticipate an event or requirement even before it was asked for and have it already resolved.
