Serena is really knowledgeable about the local market. She helped us negotiate an amazing price on a 10 acre lot of bare land, and later got us just shy of asking price on our home when we sold it - within 4 days of listing it. She was always available, and helped manage the final steps of closing for us when we were out of the country on vacation. Very professional, provided us with an organized binder with all pertinent documents for both the land we purchased, and the house we sold. Rare to find someone. This was my first time buying a home and Serena made it fun and exciting for my family and I, any questions we had she was ALWAYS there to help us even if she was on vacation. Serena gave excellent advice and never tried to push a more expensive house and even advised us to not take a house that needed more work then we were able to handle.
