Well first off I thought long and hard about a fsbo because of sights like Zillow . But boy that would have been a mistake. First off she got me at least 70,000 more than I was thinking about asking and she seamlessly handled the bueracracy and the other agents demands. I'm a combat veteran with serious PTSD so having her handle all of that was really helpful. And she never once got flustered by my frustrations nor did she get frustrated with me when it would take me longer than it should to complete a simple task, like dealing with the local water company and septic inspection.
