We had a small remote piece of land to sell and figured it would take a year or more to sell. From listing to close Serena had it done in 5 weeks! Serena met us at the property promptly at the agreed time. Her extensive knowledge and experience in the area was of great value. Serena stayed in contact and kept us up to date better than any realtor we have dealt with in the past. Although the property was quite remote and very inexpensive, (aka minuscule commission), she never hesitated to meet agents or buyers at the property. She treated it like it was her top priority. From listing to close of escrow Serena never failed to stay on top of it. Very professional, exceeded all expectations and an absolute pleasure to work with!
