Scott is an experienced negotiator with expert knowledge of the markets. You can always count on him to work with your best interests to represent you and your wishes. Beginning his Real Estate career in 1996 Scott’s sales immediately placed him in the top 2% of Realtors nationwide achieving the President’s Circle his first year as a Realtor and he has remained on the top of his game ever since. As the president and managing partner of a real estate investment holding company Scott negotiated and successfully managed a multimillion dollar real estate portfolio through some of the most challenging economic times. Today, Scott hangs his license with Charles Ruttenberg Realty Ft Lauderdale where he focuses his residential real estate business to the Oakland Park and greater Fort Lauderdale neighborhoods. Community involvement is pivotal to Scott’s passion to support his community as the premier destination to live, work, play and visit. His involvement includes a long history of appointments to city and county advisory committees, a variety of industry organizations including the Chamber of Commerce and co-chair to a leadership program in addition to supporting the lead agency protecting abused, abandoned and neglected children in our community.

SHARP AND IN CONTROL

I called Scott when came across his listing. From the very few minutes our conversation felt comfortable and I realized Scott is an experienced and knowledgeable professional. I am Canadian, since borders were closed my purchase was going to be remote. The property was tenant occupied. Scott made the entire process worry free and fun, took care of all details and working with him was incredibly easy. I am in real estate in Toronto for 25 years and, being and agent, know first hand how complicated transactions with foreign buyers and tenanted properties could be. Buying in Florida before I had met and dealt with quite a few agents. I always joked how poor responsive and slow moving they were and how they wouldn’t be able to survive on dynamic Toronto market. I had certain criteria’s for the agent whom I wanted to represent me. Integrity, honesty, trustworthy, fast responsive and knowledgeable. Not only Scott checked all the boxes, he went many extra steps to make this sale happen. The bonus was Scott’s great personality. I hope we will remain friends.
