Scott was always ready for any question--if he did not have the answer, he knew how to find it. He was available almost anytime, and always clearly communicated ahead of time about when he would not be available. When you're with Scott, it is evident that you are the priority. Every aspect of the interaction is shot through with kindness, courtesy, and an encouraging tone, but also a sharp, informed, and realistic clarity about market conditions, home values, and seller behavior probabilities. If you are wanting to learn more about something or understand some aspect of the process, his patience for explanation is vast. Scott cared. That was more important than anything else to my wife and I. From our first meeting to countless house showings and offers and the ultimate contract, inspection, and closing he cared. He didn’t just treat this like a job but knew how important buying a house is for the buyer and he made it fun and showed that he was just as invested as we were. He never let us settle or get discouraged but continued to remind us that the perfect house was out there, and he was right. I would recommend Scott to everyone. Over 4 years of shopping, Scott was very attentive to our needs and very patient with our selection process. Once our final section was made Scott provided guidance through the inspection process and expected results. Also very helpful in understanding and providing guidance through the closing process. Extraordinarily helpful in reaching an acceptable outcome for both buyers and sellers. Even helped with utility transfers. Many days after closing Scott is still following up on outstanding issues.
