Scott was exceptional in finding the right property for a second home for us. We were interested in investing in real estate and wanted to find a place in Clearwater with a water view. He impressed us with all his knowledge of the area and what to look for in the region. He took us to as many areas as we wanted to see along Tampa Bay, Clearwater Beach and the Clearwater Harbor. He suggested a couple of mortgage companies and helped us through the entire process to the settlement. He negotiated the best price for the property we decided on which helped in the renovation from the money he saved us. He was in contact with us throughout the entire process and always returned our calls. Doreen from his office would send us all the different documents we needed and was always there to help us. We are so glad we picked Scott to help us with our purchase and will contact him again when we need to buy or sell real estate again.

Scott was fantastic! We live in Indiana but found property in FL. Scott lives over an hour away from the property but didn't hesitate to drive to the house we wanted to check out.
