Consistently meets client expectations for property purchase price.
We were out of state and Scott made our home search seamless. He previewed several homes and FaceTimed with us on viewings. Scott always made himself available whenever we called or sent questions. His thoroughness and responsiveness made it a pleasure to work with him. His professional knowledge and on the ball follow through got us closed in 25 days!
Scott is a true pro!! The buying process is intense but Scott made us comfortable while navigating into our new home. 10/10 would work with Scott again.
Scott went above and beyond helping me sell my place. I had a ton of questions and he answered them all. It made the whole process so much easier.
I had a really good experience with my agent. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and efficient. You only contacted me when he needed to and he was quick to do what he said he intended to do. Even though it fell out of escrow three times he still helped me to make it as efficient and painless as he possibly could. I would definitely recommend Scott Duclo.
