Savannah has been our agent for buying one house and selling two. I can’t recommend her enough. She’s great at breaking things down, explaining your options, giving you confidence during all the stress of moving. I loved the pictures that went online for both of the houses we sold. Savannah is easy to get a hold of, and does a great job of answering questions, and connecting you to other resources. Savannah and her family have lived in the Olympia area for most of her life, and she’s great at giving suggestions based on commute, local amenities, recreation, etc. The more recent home sale was during COVID when open houses were not allowed, but we still had a lot of showings and an offer within days. Savannah is awesome with turning things around quickly for photos, to listing, to showings, to accepted offer!
