Real estate can be a simple transaction between a buyer and seller at face value. What Savannah has done for my family cannot be encompassed so simply. Savanah was referred to me by a friend. Thank goodness!! She went above and beyond as an agent. She was able to assist me when I was out of the area and helped me with getting the home in sellable condition! She referred me to handyman to remove trash and take up carpet that needed replaced. She also hired a contractor to do some necessary repairs both in electrical and carpentry. They did great work and in a very timely manner. I also had a pipe burst and she was able to assist in calling the city to have it shut off and repair the damage.
