We purchased with Savannah on our daughter and her in-laws suggestion. We were interested in Anderson Island which is accessible only by ferry so viewing, inspecting, etc is much more difficult. Savannah took it all in stride and made it all work. We also purchased a separate lot and Savannah arranged the transaction for that and set it up with with a real estate attorney. We literally had to just show up to sign.

I bought my home with Savannah several years ago and had a good experience, so it was natural that I would turn to her when it was time to sell. We had to move fast...I was buying a new home and everything was happening very rapidly. Savannah helped me get my home ready to sell in two days - literally. We decided to sell on a Wednesday and we were listed by Friday morning. I went on a backpacking trip starting Friday afternoon and was back in cell service the following Sunday. Savannah had two offers ready for me, and by Monday there was a third, all organized for me to compare and all above asking price. Once I chose my offer, she worked closely with me through negotiations, inspection period, and the required parts I had to do as a seller since my home had a septic tank. I felt really supported through all of it, and she was responsive and informative at each step. There was an issue with one of the septic contractors and Savannah really went to bat for me and got me a partial refund! Once we got through all that, closing was simple and we didn't have any last-minute roadblocks or issues. Part of this is that we're in a strong sellers market, but I do think Savannah has the knowledge and foresight to help things run smoothly. She also has good connections with contractors, which really helped me as a seller. I had a great selling experience with Savannah and would highly recommend her to anyone.
