Savannah listed my place in the end of November. It was on the market for about a week before I had an offer. The potential buyers pulled out in the beginning of January and it went back on the market. It was only 2 weeks before I had another offer and this one went through. Savannah did a great job keeping me informed of all that was going on which was important to me as I currently live out of state and was selling a rental property. If I ever buy or sell another property in Washington, I will absolutely go with Savannah again.

She was also able to line up a cleaner and a landscaper for me last minute that helped me out so much. I had so much trouble finding reliable people in my budget that did a good job and Savannah was able to lock it down for me and get people there. There’s no way I would’ve been able to do this all myself. And I have had negative experiences with other realtors I’ve used before through buying where I had to do a lot of the work myself and communication was terrible. Savannah's always very responsive and keeps me up to date with the process. Plus going through a lot personally for her to help take the stress off me with selling the houses was just amazing. Any of my future home needs I will always look to Savannah first!
