I transferred with my company and had to move very quickly. I called Saud through a home listing on the web and knew in the first few minutes of the conversation he would be the Realtor to find my new home. I met with Saud and his wife Cynthia (also a Realtor) and they showed not only me homes but had the patience of Saints taking my parents around with me as well. That's a lot of opinions on a house! They dissuaded me from some homes and gave honest advice on why a home would be good for me and why it would not be. And as a single mother-to-be, their honesty and sincerity in wanting me to purchase the "right" home for my new family was appreciated. I had no market knowledge and with every home Saud would explain the distance to the nearest highway and whether it was a plus or minus, the schools, the condition of the other homes in the neighborhood. I not only saw homes, but was educated. Every home I was interested in he would send me a market analysis so I could see how it was priced against others. His team is also exceptional. When you work with Saud you are working with his personal group of highly organized assistants who are meticulous on appointments, updates, helping you through the closing process and respond day or night and on weekends. I was a Realtor for 13 years (a long time ago) and never worked with anyone as equally determined as he is honest. It took a while because I'm picky, but in the end he negotiated a deal on a house below market value that I LOVE. I made money when I walked in the door and it has everything I asked him to find me and more. I can't recommend him enough and I joke with him...he can't get rid of us now. He is our family Realtor for life! If you don't call him, you are taking a risk.

Working with Saud and Cynthia was a pleasure. When it came to real estate knowledge, they had it all. I'm young so I dont have much knowledge in real estate but they made sure to guide me in the right direction when it came time to selecting the right home for me. Never did I feel like I couldnt trust them. I always felt like I had made the right choice when it came to selecting the right agents. They treated me like a daughter and that gave me a sense of comfort. I knew I wasnt going to get fooled because I had them by my side the whole way. They aren't just agents, they are like family.
