Wow! Where do I begin? I have to say that Saud and Cinthia truly are a dynamic duo. Home buying can be a very intimidating process. But from start to end, they inspired confidence and a level of knowledge that allowed me to feel assured and comfortable throughout the home-buying process. I came across this couple through the Homes for Heroes program, as I am a teacher. They were there to show me the properties that were of my interest, and once I found “the one”, they simplified the process by taking charge and negotiating the best price possible. In addition, Saud was very resourceful and connected me to reliable inspectors, home insurance agents, and after closing, provided me with links to ease the process of moving. All in all, I am extremely satisfied with my experience with this team, and I honestly feel that they were a blessing in disguise. First i would like to say that i don't like to give reviews. However i asked Saud and his team how can i do so, because i have never EVER experienced such high quality of services before. I can't put into words how satisfy my husband and i are. After months and months of searching for our forever home, we came across Saud and his team. ( life changing) in less than a month we close and moved to our beautiful brand new home. He made everything so smooth and easy. Talking to them felt like talking to a good old friend, he will always answer me NO MATTER WHAT TIME, funny story we were almost "homeless" since our lease was expiring the 14 of July and he did everything to make it happen and move us to the new house just in time. He will text me at all times to calm me down. If you are looking for a trustworthy realtor look no further. NOTE. even after the fact he will still contact us just to make sure we were happy with the new purchase.
