As a first time home buyer, Saud knew exactly what we were looking for in a home. It only took a few days to find a perfect home for our family. He fought for any and every incentive he could get for us and even made sure we left nothing unnoticed during our walk through. While the closing phase did not go as planned because of factors outside of our control, Saud stayed in constant communication every step of the way. His perseverance and determination for us to close was on full display as we spent hours with him and Cinthia waiting at the title office to close. In total we waited 5 hours together, not getting the keys in our hand until after 9 pm on a Friday. The feeling of accomplishment and excitement of finally closing was genuinely shared between us as a moment we will definitely remember. In all, there are not enough words to describe and not enough stars to give Saud and his team for everything they have done for us.
